Crossroads Festival Graz

Ricardo Navarro, a Mechanical Engineer by training, is the President of the Salvadoran Center for Appropriate Technology CESTA, the largest and oldest environmental NGO in the country. He was for 5 years the Chairman of Friends of the Earth International, participating in many environmental campaigns around the world. His areas of expertise include management of solid wastes, climate change, renewable energies and sustainability issues. He is the recipient of many awards including the Goldman Environmental Prize and the UN Global 500 Roll of Honor.
